POLICIES AND ROOM INFORMATION
Special off season Rates: January and Febuary, excluding holidays, winter 3 day weekends. Please call me directly to receive an off season discount.
By reserving a room either by phone or with our online reservation system, you are agreeing to our terms and policies as a renter.
Rates do not include a 11% Mariposa County room tax.
There is a 10% discount for bookings of five or more days, when calling me directly. If using an online reservation company the discount is not applied. We have low season rates November-March (excluding holidays and winter 3 day weekends).
VISA, Master Card accepted.
No checks, please.
You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your reservation. For our Yosemite condo rentals you will also be sent your security key code.
Deposits and Refunds:
If your booking date is more than 30 days out, then a minimum deposit via credit card of 50% is required at time of booking to confirm your rental. The remaining 50% + 11% tax will be charged within 30 days of your arrival.
For reservations 30 days or less of your arrival the full amount plus tax will be charged.
How to Change a Reservation:
You may change your reservation date 30 days before your stay with no penalty. You can change your reservation by e-mail at email@example.com or phone (209) 613-7068.
How to Cancel a Reservation:
You can cancel by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (209) 613-7068.
A processing fee of $100.00 is charged for all cancellations including early checkouts.

30 Day Cancellation Policy:
Under 30 Days: Cancellations made 30 days or less from the date of the confirmed room stay will not receive a refund, unless the room(s) can be rebooked for the nights of the reservation. Then you will receive a refund, minus any nights that were not rebooked plus the processing fee. Early departure is considered a cancellation.
30 Days Prior:
If you cancel your stay 30 days or more before your arrival date, you will receive a refund, minus the processing fee.
Concerning Additional Guests:
Please do not arrive with more people than you have reserved for. If we are able to accommodate extra people, then you will be charged accordingly. If we do not have vacancies for extra guests, they will need to seek lodging elsewhere. We do not allow guests to sleep on the floor, and except for infants, all children (2 and over) must have a bed.
Check-in Time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out Time: 11:00 am.
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause beyond normal wear and tear of the room.
No pets are allowed at the Condominiums. Yosemite has strict leash laws; most trails prohibit pets and you are not allowed to leave a pet in your car.
No smoking indoors or on decks. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. During fire season smoking may be prohibited entirely.
We do not have an office near the condominium. You will be given a key code via email in order to enter your unit. No keys are handed out. You may contact us via email or phone.
Dining and Groceries:
Yosemite West is a quiet residential area. The nearest restaurants, gas and stores are 20-30 minutes drive either south to Wawona or north to Yosemite Valley. There is a grocery store in Yosemite Valley and a small store in Wawona. There is no gasoline for sale in Yosemite Valley. There is a 24 hour gas station in Wawona.
Bears break into vehicles when they smell food inside. Do not store food inside your automobile!

When the hotel is open, the Big Trees Lodge or Wawona Dining Room normal seating is first come, first served. Reservations are accepted for parties of six or more. (209) 375-1425
There are several restaurants in Yosemite National Park and on the border. Your guest book or your Yosemite Guide, which you receive when you enter Yosemite, will have current information.
